Lessons in all styles and at all levels and ages, for a well-rounded and fun experience, via Zoom Meetings or in person.
Teaching is just as important to me as playing. I have a wonderful group of students who leave me consistently amazed with their dedication, work and love of music.
I have taught drums for over 20 years including at Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, and it has been a thrill to watch my students winning medals, awards, and becoming respected professional drummers in their own rights. I have a teaching and performance degree from Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium in Copenhagen, a Julliard-type school of Jazz, Rock, Latin, etc.. I also graduated with honors from Percussion Institute of Technology (PIT), part of Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles. Mentors include Dom Famularo, Ed Thigpen, Poul Jørn Gadeberg, Attilla Engin, Bent Lylloff and Chuck Flores. I learned so much, thanks to the generosity of teachers, and pass it all on to my students.
My teaching studio has several camera angles, high-end video and audio, so you can see and hear everything clearly.
